Since Brawl Stars version update 48.300 there have appeared a few issues in the form of crashes. Now bugs in some updates are very common even with some of the veteran companies like Super Cell, but this issue boil down to a real noodle scratcher.
Just some history for my confusion to give some context. I a real cheap bastard. I still have the ancient iPhone 10 XS Max. When this issue popped up initially I just thought it was a random crash. The more it happened, I saw it as a random issue. The issue seem to happen more and more but I did not pin the issue down to a specific character so I did the one thing that we all would do…. Reinstall the app. I guess at this point I was not playing with the two affected characters so I believe this resolved my issue. Nope, this did not. The problem remained. I then thought this may be due to the age of my device so I started googling my ass off to see if anyone with my device had the issue.
There I found it. On reddit other people talking about the issue in specifics. This is not just a random crash. This is a crash when you use the super for Ruffs and Gray. Damn I really like using Gray, especially on the Brawl Ball stage. So I put the theory to the test and sure enough the crash is specific to Gray and Ruffs, only when you use the super.
The strange thing is this problem does not seem to affect everyone. I still see people user Ruffs and Gray’s super with no problem. Is this an old iPhone issue, or an iPhone issue in general. Could it be android users are not affected. I thought this but the video on reddit showing crash is an android. I would love to hear others experience. Do you have this issue. If not what devices are you using. What device OS. I hope Supercell fix soon so I can get my rocks off again with Gray and Ruffs.
